Our Foundations Class is a 4 week program to introduce you to the movements, lingo, concepts, and safety techniques that are exclusive to and important for CrossFit training.
- Cost is $125.00 and includes classes 2x/week, Saturday workouts, and T-shirt upon completion.
- Classes are held twice a week and it is required you attend all sessions or make special arrangements with a trainer to make up any missed sessions.
- Foundations classes are 1 hour in length and will include instruction as well as a workout.
- Foundations classes are ongoing throughout the year with a new session beginning most every month.
