Gretchen Claude

I am a Colorado native (shhhh, don’t tell anyone I’m a greenie), who has grown to love Wyoming.  My CrossFit experience started when my husband signed me up for the Level 1 CrossFit certification in March of 2013. I had been recovering from a major medical issue, which had left me physically weak, fatigued and depressed. I knew just enough about CrossFit to be scared s&^%$#@*! Within an hour, I was hooked. I’ve always been active and enjoyed pushing my physical and mental limits and the structure of CrossFit was a perfect forum. Shortly after my certification I joined 7220 and haven’t looked back. I am so grateful for the opportunities of challenge, comraderies and laughter that CrossFit has brought to my life. I seek movement perfection in my personal movement as well as the movements of athletes I help train. I have seen tremendous improvements in all aspects of my life since making a commitment to CrossFit. I secretly love thrusters and any WOD that involves running. Outside the box I am a Physical Therapist at High Country Physical Therapy, teacher at the University of Wyoming, wife to a pretty amazing guy and mother to the two best kids in the world.
