Stadium Stairs
meet at 50 yard line
Light warm up – 5 Minute Yoga
20 minute AMRAP.
Cool down and stretching
Runners lunge, Brettzel, Bridge,…
Headstand, Handstand, and Cartwheels.

5:00 AM –  ROM WOD?

6:00 AM – Sunrise at 6:45 – Still just enough light!  Last week the weather was perfect for running. (cool and a little misty rain)

12:00 PM – Cooler temps predicted – perfect for running stairs.

We still may add an 11:00 AM option.

Master Swim Class at the Rec Center: 
Mondays from 6:15 PM to 8:15 PM.
Started on September 12th.

The class provides participants the opportunity to improve their swim stokes and fitness levels. Organized workouts, give adults the opportunity to get in a great workout while learning the drills and skills to improve their strokes. Open to all swimmers who want to improve their fitness through swimming.

Class is Free if you are a member of the rec center.  You can get a day pass for $6 and join us if you are not a member.

Trail Run:  We encourage you to get in a run at Happy Jack this week. With the leaves starting to turn and the weather getting cooler, it should be perfect for a run.

  • Get a group together and get up there!
  • It is only 10 minutes away from town!
  • Loops range in length from 2 to 13 miles and longer if you string them together!
  • Let us know if you need someone to go with you to show you the trails.
