TARGET DATE: May 15th

ACTION PLAN:

2. 10 minutes of drills and practice M,T,W,F:
warm up: power jump singles x 30, straddle jumps x 20
week 1: work toward single, single double
week 2: work up to 2-5 unbroken DU’s
week 3: 10 unbroken (no longer allowing singles)
week 4: 20 unbroken
week 5: 30-40

Week 1: Nose-to-wall Handstand Holds work up to 30 seconds
Week 2: heels to wall HS Hold 30 seconds
Weeks 3-4: Shoulder Taps work up to 15 unbroken
Weeks 5-6: Hip Taps: work up to 10 unbroken
Weeks 6-7: Off-wall Handstand Holds (kicking away from wall and holding
Week 8: Walk away (start on wall and walk forward)
