Our season of giving at CF 7220 continues with the

Rick Kassik Food Drive


Our wonderful yoga instructors, Amber and Tara recently lost their father, Rick Kassik. Rick very much believed in giving gifts from the heart without a need to receive recognition in return. Rick generously donated food anonymously every year.

We’d like to honor Rick by giving to our local food bank. Please bring (non-perishable) items to the racquetball court by November 20th.


Current Wishlist @ Laramie Soup Kitchen:

  • All canned foods (soup, sauces, meat, fruit, vegetables)
  • Fresh or frozen meat
  • Game meats (that are professionally processed)
  • Lunch meats
  • Cheese
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, salsa/hot sauce, soy sauce, etc)
  • Salad dressing (bottled or packets) and vinegar
  • Butter and margarine
  • Cooking oils
  • Powdered drink mixes
  • Tea bags
  • Coffee (ground or whole bean)
  • Flour, sugar, yeast, other baking items
  • Spices
  • Bleach, dish soap, hand soap
  • Dish washing gloves, green scrub pads
  • Toiletries
  • Gallon re-sealable zipper storage bags
  • Gift cards to local grocery stores

  • Commercial gas range, new or certified used, 2 full ovens – will consider many configurations
  • Sturdy magazine rack to hold pamphlet and letter-sized assistance information for those who come to the Soup Kitchen
  • 1 Letter-sized and 1 legal-sized clip board with paper storage under writing surface
  • One plastic trash can, 60 gallon minimum, 2-wheels, with handles
