Seniors Class utilizes CrossFit movements and concepts with an emphasis on mobility. Movements are scaled appropriately for age, fitness level, and health limitations.

No introductory class or experience required, no monthly commitment, drop in anytime and pay only for classes you attend. ($8.00/class)
