As we welcome back students and head into fall our classes will begin to increase in numbers. Remember you must be signed up for any class you plan to attend. If you are unable to come to a class you sign up for, please cancel and do so in a timely fashion so others have a chance to take your spot (*avoid canceling late the night before or the morning of a 5:00 or 6:00 am class). The scheduling system is designed to track “Did Not Show’s” and late cancellations which will result in lower scheduling priorities (i.e. you won’t see as far out on the schedule).
Below is a description of specialty classes you may see on the schedule.
Join trainer, Jon Claude 9:30 am on select Saturdays with a focus on kettlebells mingled with other gymnastic movements. Goal of the class is hard work, focused intensity, strength and fun! Appropriate weights, progressions and safety considerations will be adjusted based on each individual’s abilities and fitness level. Open to all athletes.
Join trainer, Jon Claude 9:30 am on select Saturdays with a primary focus on mobility techniques utilizing rollers, bands, balls, and body weight to mobilize muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints. Mobilization helps reduce pain and injury as well as increase performance and enhance functional movement.
Open to all athletes.
Gunslingers: This class is currently held at 6 am Tues, Wed, Fri and features a CrossFit training program with a focus on advanced, competitive training.
Class requirements are as follows:
1) Desire to compete in CrossFit events.
2) Have been a member of CrossFit 7220 for at least 3-months.
3) Able to demonstrate proficiency in the core elements of competitive CrossFit.

Work along side trainers Toby Marlatt and Nicole Bleak Saturday mornings at 6:00 am for an intense Hero (or Hero-type) WOD. Since this hour will be less-structured with little coaching, it is geared toward veteran athletes with at least 6 months of CrossFit experience and those who usually perform WOD’s at prescribed weights and movements.
