At CrossFit 7220 the trainers are dedicated to providing a worthwhile experience at every WOD, everyday. Although each athlete has different strengths and weaknesses, we hope to focus our activities during classes to optimize your performance during the WOD as well as work on specific skills.
Class structure may begin to differ slightly as trainers incorporate more specific pre-WOD mobility and warm-up exercises as well as provide time for post-WOD cool down and skill work.
As you identify mobility restrictions, ask your trainer for additional stretches and exercises that target those “sticky” spots. MobiltyWOD is another great resource. Perform those exercises daily at home, at your lunch break at work, at Open Gym, before class or during your cool down to improve your mobility and maintain those gains.
