Maybe you aren’t sure how many “blocks” you are supposed to eat, you went out for pizza and beer last night instead of going to the nutrition meeting, you haven’t made it to the store yet, and you don’t even know what “The Zone” is—


It’s ok!

You can still start today by making a few good choices.

Drink more water.

Cut out or eat less processed foods.

Eat more vegetables.
